□ In May, the Index of Services fell by 0.3 percent month-on-month owing to the drop in 'Information and communications' and 'Wholesale and retail trade' despite the rise in 'Financial and insurance activities' and 'Professional, scientific and technical activities'. ○ In May, the Index of Services rose by 2.1 percent year-on-year owing to the increase in 'Financial and insurance activities' and 'Human health and social work activities' despite the drop in 'Accommodation and food service activities' and 'Information and communications'. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
