□ In January, the Index of Services increased by 0.9% owing to the rise in 'Wholesale and retail trade' and 'Information and communications' despite the drop in 'Accommodation and food service activities' and 'Membership organizations, repair and other personal services'. ○ In January, the Index of Services went up by 2.0% year-on-year owing to the increase in 'Human health and social work activities' and 'Wholesale and retail trade' in spite of the decrease in 'Financial and insurance activities' and 'Real estate activities'. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
