□ In April, the Index of Services went up by 0.4% month-on-month owing to the increase in 'Wholesale and retail trade' and 'Accommodation and food service activities' in spite of the decrease in 'Transportation and storage'. ○ In April, the Index of Services grew 8.4% year-on-year owing to the rise in all service industries including 'Financial and insurance activities' and 'Wholesale and retail trade'. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
