□ In August, the Index of Services grew by 1.5% month-on-month owing to the rise in 'Wholesale and retail trade' and 'Financial and insurance activities' in spite of the drop in 'Human health and social work activities'. ○ In August, the Index of Services rose by 7.1% year-on-year owing to the increase in 'Accommodation and food service activities' and 'Wholesale and retail trade' despite the decrease in 'Real estate activities'. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
