□ The number of agriculture and fishery corporations increased by 11.8 percent (1,638 corporations) from 13,913 corporations in 2012 to 15,551 corporations in 2013. □ As for the number of agriculture and fishery corporations by type of business, the agriculture and fishery corporations that were mainly engaged in "Processing and distribution" showed an increase. □ Corporations with "4 regular workers or less" occupied 60.2 percent of the total corporations. □ The agricultural area per corporation fell by 4.4 percent to 10.8ha in 2013. □ The aquaculture area per corporation grew by 24.1 percent to 6.7ha in 2013. □ The sales per agriculture and fishery corporation were in the range of 1.4 billion to 1.5 billion won. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
