- As for employed persons by industry group and sex, ‘Growing of crops' occupied the largest share of employed males. 'Restaurants and mobile food service activities' occupied the largest share of employed females. - As for employed persons by industry division and age group, 'Food and beverage service activities’ recorded the highest figure for employed persons aged 15 to 29. 'Education' recorded the highest figure for employed persons aged 30 to 49. 'Agriculture' recorded the highest figure for employed persons aged 50 or more. - As for employed persons by status of worker, 'Manufacturing' showed the highest share of wage workers. 'Wholesale and retail trade' showed the highest share of non-wage workers. - As for employed males by occupation group, 'Business Administration and Office Clerks' took up the largest share. As for employed females by occupation group, 'Store Sales Workers' took up the largest share. - As for employed persons by occupation division and age group, 'Administration and Accounting Related Occupations' recorded the highest figure for employed persons aged 15 to 29. 'Administration and Accounting Related Occupations' recorded the highest figure for employed persons aged 30 to 49. 'Agricultural, Livestock Related Skilled Occupations' recorded the highest figure for employed persons aged 50 or more. - The share of wage and salary workers earning 2 million won or more on a monthly average went up by 3.5%p from the second half of 2016. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file. |
