◈ In the fourth quarter of 2021, the number of employment positions of wage workers grew by 376 thousand compared to the fourth quarter of 2020. The year-on-year increase rate of employment positions in the fourth quarter of 2021 was lower compared to the third quarter of 2021. ◈ As for employment positions by industry, ‘Human health and social work activities’* and 'Information and communications' recorded a year-on-year increase. Whereas, 'Public administration and defence; compulsory social security' and 'Business facilities management and business support services; rental and leasing activities'** recorded a year-on-year decrease. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
