1. Internal migration □ The number of internal migrants was 614 thousand persons in November 2014, which decreased by 1.5 percent (9 thousand persons) from November 2013. □ The intra-province and inter-province migrants occupied 69.1 percent and 30.9 percent of the total internal migrants in November 2014, respectively. □ The internal migration rate (the number of migrants per 100 population) marked 1.21 percent, which went down by 0.02%p year-on-year. 2. Internal Migration for Provinces □ Regarding the net migration for provinces, 11 provinces recorded a plus net migration.: Sejong (5,385 persons), Gyeongnam (2,279 persons), Ulsan (1,982 persons) and so on. On the other hand, 6 provinces recorded a minus net migration.: Seoul (-9,168 persons), Busan (-3,678 persons), Daejeon (-1,559 persons) and so on. □ Sejong, Jeju and Ulsan marked a plus net migration rate of 3.66 percent, 0.19 percent and 0.17 percent, respectively. On the other hand, Busan, Daejeon and Seoul marked a minus net migration rate of -0.11 percent, -0.10 percent and -0.09 percent, respectively. ※ For more information, refer to the attached file.
