□ The Consumer Price Index in 2021 was 102.50(2020=100), up 2.5 percent from the previous year. □ The Consumer Price Index was 104.04(2020=100) in December 2021. The index increased 0.2 percent from the preceding month and rose 3.7 percent from the same month of the previous year. ○ The index excluding food and energy was 102.51 in December 2021.
