• 2013: Released "Statistics of Individual House Ownership" as of Nov. 1 2012 for the first time
• 2014: Expanded statistics for the nation to statistics for 17 metropolitan cities and provinces
• 2015: Produced house ownership for residents of the same metropolitan cities and provinces
• 2016: Produced statistics of house ownership by households and the homeless household
  • Produced statistics of the value of housing assets by using data of 'declared prices of houses'
  • Further segmented the multiple ownership groups

Compilation Objects

• Housing units that individuals own
  • Exclude housing units that corporations, central and local governments or foreigners own

Compilation Method

• Produce statistics by combining data of the population, households and housing in the KOSTAT DB with administrative data of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety
