Title	Price Index of Commodities Received and Paid by Farmers

Purpose	To compile the price indexes of agricultural produces that farming households produce, and goods and services tat farming households consume To provide basic data necessary for analyzing farming household economy in terms of prices
Periodicity	Commodities received by farmers: Once per month (15th), Three times per month (goods whose prices are volatile, 5th, 15th and 25th) Commodities paid by farmers: Once per month (15th)
History	The Agriculture Bank (Predecessor of Agricultural Cooperatives) carried out the first survey "Regional Price Survey" in June 1956. The survey was renamed as "Urban Area Price Survey" in August 1958. And it was renamed as "Price Index of Commodities Received and Paid by Farmers" in 1959. The indexes have been revised ten times until now. The current indexes were revised in February 2008 by being based on 2005. The Price Index of Commodities Received and Paid by Farmers was transferred to the KNSO according to the changes in governmental organization in February 2008.
