User Agreement

Purpose This agreement governs the use of the services provided by the Website of Statistical Internet Shopping Mall(hereinafter "Statistical Shopping Mall") which is operated by National Statistical Office(hereinafter "NSO").
Effectiveness and Modification
  • The agreement will be effective when it is posted on Statistical Shopping Mall(engshopmall.nso.go.kr).
  • NSO can modify this agreement when it is necessary and the modified agreement will be effective when it is posted on Statistical Shopping Mall.
Change of the Services
  • Statistics Korea may change the services without any notification at any time.

Use of Service

Use and Discontinuance of the Services
  • Anyone can use the services provided by Statistical Shopping Mall.
  • The service may be discontinued by system errors, interruption of telecommunication, maintenance of equipments or other reasons.

Purchase and Payment

  • Purchase can be completed when the charge is settled after ordering.
Delivery
  • Products are sent by EMS(Express Mail Service) in charge. Delivery for overseas destination requires 2~5 days.
Payment
  • Payment is to be made by credit card, by check/money order, and by electronic transfer in U.S. dollars.

  • Customers will cancel the order up to 20 days from receiving product date in case of damaged publication.
  • Customers should return the product in case of cancellation due to damaged product and NSO should refund within 7 days including return shipping cost after receiving the product.
  • NSO will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of NSO's error. However customers should pay the return shipping cost in case of customer's own reasons.
