With a significant decrease in the number of graduates from specialized high schools entering university, the overall rate of students entering higher education institutions is showing a downward trend.

The participation rate in private education, which had been on a steady decline for  several years, has recently began to rise , especially among low-income families.

Recently, the number of students per teacher has been improving day by day and is expected to reach the OECD average in the near future.

The proportion of under-schooled students is increasing rapidly, and the academic elasticity of students is also decreasing significantly.
