Definition	A flooded parcel of arable land used for growing crops with irrigation facilities, regardless of the designation status in the land register
Commentary	Mainly used for growing paddy rice, water parsley, great water rush, lotus root etc. The land used for growing paddy rice must be surveyed as paddy-field and the rain-fed paddy-field without irrigation facilities should be surveyed as paddy-field. The land used for growing upland-field crops in practice should be surveyed as upland-field even if it has irrigation and drainage facilities.
