Definition	Insurance consultants, home-study teachers, quick service delivery agents, caddies, door-to-door sales persons, chauffeurs, body scrubbers, etc.
Commentary	Having no separate office, store or workplace, but working on a contractual basis for an employer. They directly meet their clients, provide goods or services to them and receive pays (fee, service fee, allowance, etc.) according to their performance. They determine methods of delivering their labor, working hours, etc. on their own.
