Definition	The highest education level attained by an individual among the regular school system approved by the Minister of Education
Commentary	Examples include elementary, middle, high, university (less than 4 years), university (more than 4 years), graduate school (masters), graduate school (doctorate), etc. Those who pass the qualification exam are deemed to have receive a regular education. Excludes dress making, beauty (barber), cooking, computer, driving schools, cram schools for repeaters, technical training schools, college for elders, college for housewives, lifelong learning institutes, etc. The level of education for foreigners with different curriculum is determined by identifying the years of education received.
