Definition	Income currently received by a household member for labor or services rendered. It is relatively regular and predictable.
Commentary	Current income includes employee income, self-employment income (mixed income), property income (interests and dividend accrued from assets) and transfer income (from government, households, non-profit institutions, etc.).
