Definition	Farming with low-pesticides refers to using pesticides less than 1/2 of the guidelines on safe use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers less than 1/2 of the recommended amount. Farming without pesticides refers to not using pesticides at all and using chemical fertilizers less than 1/3 of the recommended amount. Organic farming refers to not using pesticides and chemical fertilizers at all.
Commentary	It is based on a prearranged plan that pesticides would be used less than 50% compared to the past, for the purpose of sales of crops.
