Definition	Temporary workers: workers with specified period of employment(fixed-term workers) or workers whose contracts can be renewed repeatedly and workers(unfixed-term workers) who are not expected to maintain their employment status due to involuntary reasons.
Commentary	Includes temporary, part-time, non-standard workers who have specified period of employment such as contract workers, daily workers, etc., unlike the full time workers who do not have a specified employment period
