Definition	Refers to all costs incurred for maintaining normal functions of tangible assets at hand for carrying out production activities
Commentary	Expenses paid to contractors for repairing services on tangible assets such as buildings, automobiles, machinery equipments and tools. Includes actual costs incurred in repairing agricultural equipments used for raising livestock, buildings and structures for functional improvements during the survey period.
