Definition	Depending on a person who completes the questionnaire, data entry methods are classified differently: in the self enumeration method, respondents fill out the form while in the interviewing method, surveyors fill out the form.
Commentary	The self enumeration method includes questionnaire distribution survey, mail survey, and group survey while the interviewing method includes interview survey and phone survey.
