Definition	Includes workers who have concluded an employment contract with an individual, a household or an establishment and receive wages, salaries, daily wages, in-kinds, etc. for their labor and services rendered
Commentary	Includes both explicit and implicit contracts. According to the length of the contract, workers are classified into permanent, temporary and daily workers.
