[Employed persons and employment to population ratio] ◦ The number of employed persons totaled 28.907 million persons in June, which went up 96 thousand persons or 0.3% year-on-year. ◦ The employment to population ratio recorded 63.5% in June, remaining the same year-on-year. [Unemployed persons and unemployment rate] ◦ The number of unemployed persons totaled 857 thousand people in June, which increased 50 thousand persons or 6.2% year-on-year. ◦ The unemployment rate marked 2.9% in June, up 0.2%p year-on-year.
