Title	Are foreigner households included in the household projection?
Household projections only include “ordinary households.” Institutional households and foreigner households are excluded. The Population and Housing Census categorizes households as follows: ① Ordinary households: households organized around blood ties, households with 5 or less members of no blood ties, 1-person households ② Institutional households: households in institutional facilities: households living in institutional facilities (i.e. dormitory, orphanage, nursing home, mother and children center, and special hospitals); households with 6 or more members of no blood ties ③ Foreigner households
