International migration statistics use electronic entry/exit data on Koreans and foreigners to count long-term migrators (over 90 days). - Koreans: Individuals who left Korea and currently reside in a foreign country for over 90 days (exit) and individuals who had stayed abroad for over 90 days, entered Korea and currently stay in Korea for over 90 days (entry) - Foreigners: Individuals who have entered Korea from abroad and currently reside in Korea for over 90 days (entry) and individuals who resided in Korea for over 90 days, and went to a foreign country and currently reside abroad for over 90 days (exit)
