Definition	Refers to public enterprises and state-run or invested organizations
Commentary	Includes state invested organizations (public corporations, regional public corporations, etc.), public organizations whose employees are not public servants (Bank of Korea, Financial Supervisory Service, etc.), national agricultural, forestry, fishery, livestock cooperative federations (including local unions), Korean Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives, credit associations, social welfare foundations and cooperatives.
