Definition	Includes employees who have concluded a employment contract with an individual, a household or an establishment for more than 1 year or employees who have not concluded a contract with a specified period of employment but have been employed in according to a set of recruitment process or have received benefits such as bonuses, retirement benefits, etc.
Commentary	Excludes employees whose employment contract period is less than a year, even if the employees worked more than a year. Also excludes temporary or daily workers. Includes employees who have concluded an employment contract for regular employee, even if the employees worked less than a year.
