- Those workers whose employment contract does not specify the end date of employment or whose contract period is 1 year or longer where they can continue to work for the current workplace if there is no certain reason.
- Those workers whose employment contract period is 1 year or longer and their status as regular workers is guaranteed with regulations on retirement allowance and service being applied.
