Definition
  • Labor expenses refer to the costs for temporary workers employed for a survey (including pays for other positions), not for regular workers, etc. such as survey or data processing agents.
  • Operating expenses refer to the budget allocated for general consumption costs such as questionnaire and publication printing costs, public utilities' charges. etc. used for statistics production.
  • Other expenses refer to all other costs excluding labor expenses and operating expenses (travel expenses, R&D expenses, business operating expenses, asset acquisition costs, etc.).
