Definition	Refers to structures other than buildings attached to land, civil engineering installations or pre-fabricated structures
Commentary	Includes roads, railways, bridges, fences, chimneys, water tanks, pipelines, shipways, tracks, floating bridges, reservoirs, tunnels, water and sewerage systems, etc. Includes water distribution installations (pre-fabricated structures) which are not classified as construction structures such as reservoirs(water wells), open ditches, gutters, natural wells, etc. used for growing crops and livestock.
