Definition	A person who receives regular remuneration in wages in an establishment, even if it is operated by a family member, is considered as an employee. Some household surveys limit the scope of unpaid family workers to relatives living in the same household.
Commentary	A person who works more than 1/3 of the regular working hours of an enterprise without pay in an own-account enterprise operated by a related person(relatives or friends and not restricted to living in the same household)
