Definition	Regardless of the legal designation, it refers to cultivated fields used for growing general upland-crops, fruit trees, trees, etc. without a flooded parcel.
Commentary	Includes general upland-fields used for growing annual herbs and orchards used for growing perennial arbor crops, mulberry fields, tree crops such as seedbeds etc.
