Definition	A person who is separated from one's spouse and has not remarried
Commentary	In the perspective of a de facto relationship, it includes de facto divorce, which refers to living separately without a divorce notice. (Population and Housing Census) In the perspective of a legal marriage system, it refers to records filed in the family register by the relevant authority in the case of court judgment (mediation, deliberation, judgment) and filing for divorce.
