Definition	Refers to general cost of boat fishing, wages, other management expenses, depreciation cost etc. for fishery activity
Commentary	General cost of boat fishing: fishing gear cost, fuel cost, access fee, supplies expenses, staples & side dishes cost, welfare benefit, repair cost, other cost of boat fishing. Wages: crew wages. Other management expenses: insurance fee, distribution cost, tax and public dues, other management expenses. Depreciation cost.
