Definition	Differs from multi-dwelling houses in the sense that each housing units can be registered, sold or owned separately.
Commentary	A permanent building lower than 4 stories built to accommodate several households in a building. Refers to a house permitted as an apartment-unit in-a-house at time of construction and its building floor area is less than 660㎡.
