Definition	A type of medical institution which can accommodate 100 or more patients to be hospitalized and has multiple medical departments at certain levels, and where medical doctors provide medical treatment mainly for hospitalized patents
Commentary	It should at least have the following departments and medical specialists for each department: internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, radiology, anesthesiology, clinical pathology or anatomy pathology, psychiatry, dentistry, etc.
