- Refers to a commercial building where people live and the portion of the living quarter meets the requirements(room, kitchen, independent entrance and exit )of housing

Commentary |
- Refers to a housing where the residential area is greater than the commercial area(residential area < commercial area)
Considered as a housing even if the residential area can not be sold or bought separately.
- Considered as a house within a commercial building, if the house is built for commercial purpose such as shopping mall and cram schools as long as the portion of the living quarter meets the requirements of housing.
- Living quarters that do not meet the housing requirements are considered as living quarters other than houses and they do not qualify as a housing.
