Definition	Classified into detached houses, apartments, row houses, apartment units in a private houses and houses within a commercial building (a housing unit in a store, a factory, an inn, etc.).
Commentary	A house built for a household to live, consisting of kitchen, one or more rooms, and separate entrance in a permanent building. It should be a unit for ownership or sales/purchase by custom.
