Definition	Public enterprises, established by the regulations of the Special Acts and conforming with the structure of a stock company, fall under a category of incorporated company. Local branches, offices, business offices, branch establishments, etc. of a foreign company registered in Korea fall under a category of incorporated company.
Commentary	Profit corporations established according to the Commercial Act, referring to stock companies, unlimited partnership companies, limited partnership companies and limited liability companies.
