Definition	Not a corporation or organization, a company that is run jointly by two people or more, not individually owned/managed or incorporated
Commentary	Includes entities like agencies, special agents, chain stores, etc. independently managed under a product/goods sales contract with the company under the responsibility of the individual business owner.
