Definition	All expenses paid to executives, permanent employees, temporary employees and daily employees over the past year
Commentary	Includes wages, salaries, bonuses, allowances, transfer to reserve for retirement allowance and welfare benefits, before subtracting tax. Any in-kinds are included by finding the equivalent market conversion price.
