Definition	Refers to a period that an employee has worked in an establishment
Commentary	" Includes ① period spent on internship and job training excludes ② period spent on leave ③ In case of re-employment into the same company after being dismissed or retired after a certain period, then those years previously worked are added to the length of service. In case of formal dismissal and re-employment due to changes of corporate titles, split, merge, etc., then those years are also reflected in the length of service if having worked actually on a continual basis.
