Definition	Physical constraints include disability such as visual and hearing impairments, dementia, stroke, difficulties in walking or ascending stairs, etc. Constraints in daily activities include difficulties in learning, concentrating, putting on clothes, shopping, going to hospital, etc. 6-month means 6 months of continued constraints in the past or in the future.
Commentary	Physical and mental constraints, and constraints in daily activities which have continued or are expected to continue for 6 months
