Definition	Each household can live independently because each area has rooms, a kitchen, an entrance and bathrooms but each area cannot be owned or sold separately.
Commentary	A type of detached house built to accommodate several households in a building. But only one person has its ownership and the total building floor area of house is less than 660㎡.
