Definition	Refers to non-consumption and other expenditures used other than purchasing assets such as taxes, pensions, social security contributions, interest cost, transfers made to other households, transfers made to non-profit institutions
Commentary	taxes: income tax, property tax, automobile tax, resident tax, etc. Pensions: contributions to national and other pensions. Social security contributions: health insurance fees, other social insurance fees, etc. Other non-consumption expenditures: interest fees, transfers made to other households(money for congratulations and condolescences, social expenses, transfers, etc.), transfers made to non-profit institutions(donations to religious organizations, group membership fees, donations to social organizations, etc.).
