Definition	A person who operates his/her own enterprise or engages independently in a profession or trade on their own account or with one or more partners (including unpaid family workers)
Commentary	Examples include individual business, artists such as writers, farmers, fishermen, street vendors, freelancers, etc. If there are paid employees other than unpaid family workers in an enterprise, the enterprise is classified as 'Employer'.
