Definition	An individual who manages the overall operations of a company and bears full responsibilities of the business activities
Commentary	In the agricultural sector, a business owner refers to a person who makes decisions in overall operations of the farming such as determining types of crops for cultivation, purchase of agricultural materials (fertilizer, pesticide, etc.), hiring of workers, sales of crops, etc. In the livestock industry, a business owner refers to a person in the enumerated households in the survey who is engaged in livestock industry and bears full responsibilities of the overall operations of livestock farming.
