Definition	The ratio between production capacity and actual production volume
Commentary	An index that shows how much of the production equipment is utilized, the actual production volume ratio (%) of the maximum production volume (=production capacity) when business is run normally under the given conditions (equipment, labor, production efficiency, etc).
