Commentary
They are mainly classified into: home-based workers (114 operators, etc.) working physically separately from the location of employer and receiving fixed pay depending on their performance, and domestic workers (button attaching to clothing and fur products, etc.), mostly housewives, providing manual work avocationally without being employed and receiving pay for their service.
