Definition	Refers to a supplementary indicator of CPI which is produced by considering the basic necessities of consumers in daily life
Commentary	Refers to an index compiled for explaining the subjective consumer price. It is comprised of 142 goods and services that are sensitive to price fluctuations and which have high frequency of purchases and account for significant portion in household expenditures.
